Privacy notice
Last updated: 15 September 2026
This notice explains how we handle personal information when you use this website or contact WeBuildAnyApp.
1. Who we are
WeBuildAnyApp is a brand operated by ARCHON 8 LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 14445522, registered office 20–22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. ARCHON 8 LTD is responsible for the personal information it receives through this website and by email.
You can check the company record at Companies House.
2. Contacting us
Use the button below to show our contact email address.
3. Information we receive by email
When you email us, we receive:
- your name and email address as they appear on the message;
- the content of your message and any attachments you choose to send;
- any project information you volunteer, and the ongoing correspondence between us.
We use this to reply, to understand what you need, and to prepare a proposal if that is what you are asking for. Please do not send passwords, production credentials, or sensitive personal data that is not needed for the discussion.
4. The enquiry form on the home page
The enquiry form does send us what you enter. When you submit it we record your name, email address, your description of what you want to build, and which starting point you chose, so that we can read it and reply. We also record the date and time, a short reference for the enquiry, and — if you arrived through a link with campaign information in it — that campaign information, the page you landed on, and the website you came from.
To keep the form from being abused we count recent submissions against a hashed value derived from your network address, rather than storing the address itself. It is used only to limit how often the form can be submitted, and not to identify or profile anyone.
Submitting the form queues two notifications: one to our team so we can act on it, and one back to you setting out what we received. They are sent through our email provider, Resend. Delivery can be delayed or fail for reasons outside our control, but the enquiry itself is saved independently and we can still reply to it. Please do not use the form for passwords, production credentials, or sensitive personal data.
5. Booking a call
After your enquiry is saved you may optionally choose a time for a 30-minute video call. Selecting a time is not a reservation on its own and does not send a booking to our scheduling provider. When you confirm your choice, we send Cal.com your name, email address, chosen time and time zone, the short enquiry reference in the booking notes, and an internal booking identifier so that we can match the booking safely. The booking is shown as confirmed only after Cal.com confirms that it was created; if its response is unclear, we check the result instead of showing the booking as confirmed or creating it again.
Available times come from Cal.com using our connected Google Calendar, which manages availability and invitations. Zoom provides the video meeting and attendee joining link. We retain the booking reference, chosen time and time zone, status, and attendee meeting, rescheduling and cancellation links. We also receive rescheduling and cancellation updates so that we can manage the booking alongside your enquiry.
6. Website and hosting information
The application code for this site adds no analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not write cookies or other persistent storage in your browser when you simply read the pages. The fonts are served from this site rather than from a third-party font service. Signing in is only available to our own team, and the sign-in area does store a session in the browser of whoever signs in.
Like any website, it is delivered by hosting and infrastructure providers whose ordinary server and security records may include your IP address, browser and device information, the time of the request, and the pages requested. That processing is handled by those providers as part of running and protecting the service.
If non-essential analytics or advertising tracking is ever added, it will be assessed and configured properly first, and this notice updated.
7. Why we may use your information, and our lawful bases
- Steps at your request before a contract: where you ask us about work and we respond, quote, or scope it.
- Our legitimate interests: replying to people who contact us in a business capacity, managing correspondence and business records, keeping the website running and secure, and preventing misuse or abuse of our contact channels.
- Legal obligations: keeping records we are required by law to keep, such as accounting and tax records for work we actually carry out.
Sending us an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list, and we do not treat it as consent to marketing.
8. Who else may see it
- authorised people working on WeBuildAnyApp projects;
- our website hosting and infrastructure providers;
- our email provider — this contact address is hosted with Proton;
- our email sending service, Resend, which delivers enquiry notifications and acknowledgements from our own domain (EU region);
- our scheduling provider, Cal.com, when you choose to book a call, so it can create and manage the booking;
- our connected Google Calendar, to provide availability and manage calendar invitations;
- Zoom, to provide the video call and the attendee joining link;
- professional advisers, or authorities and regulators, where we are required or reasonably need to share information.
Enquiries submitted through the form are kept in our own lead records, held in a hosted database provided by Supabase and readable only by authorised members of our team after they sign in. Notification emails about an enquiry are delivered by our email sending service, Resend, which processes the recipient address, subject and message content in order to deliver them. Enquiry entries are not sent to advertising, ad-tech or AI services, and are not shared with any external sales or marketing platform.
Email to our contact address is handled by Proton, whose privacy policy states that Proton Mail data is stored in Switzerland, Germany or Norway. Those destinations are covered by UK adequacy regulations. Hosting and infrastructure providers may also process technical request information outside the UK; contact us if you would like information about the relevant arrangements.
9. How long we keep it
- Enquiries sent through the form: for as long as needed to answer or resolve the enquiry and to continue any active discussion, and afterwards where a contract, a legal record requirement, or a possible dispute makes it necessary.
- Abuse-prevention counters: each counter carries a short expiry, and expired counters are cleared out the next time the form is used. There is no timed deletion job, so a counter may sit expired but present during a quiet period.
- Emails and correspondence: for as long as needed to answer or resolve your enquiry and to continue any active discussion, and afterwards where a contract, a legal record requirement, or a possible dispute makes it necessary.
- Hosting and security logs: kept for the periods our hosting and infrastructure providers operate.
We do not keep enquiry records to a fixed calendar period; we keep them while they are genuinely needed for the purposes above, review them periodically, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
10. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in UK data protection law, you can ask us for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a portable copy, and you can object to processing.
You have the right to object at any time to processing we carry out on the basis of our legitimate interests, on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where we ever rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what was done before.
Contact us using the address above to exercise any of these rights. We may ask for information to confirm your identity only where we genuinely need it, and we do not charge a standard fee. Giving us your information is voluntary, though we may not be able to give a useful reply without it. We do not make decisions about people by automated means that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. You do not have to contact us first, though we would like the chance to put things right.
11. Changes and other services
We will update this notice as the site and our services develop, and the date at the top will change. Any third-party services we link to have their own privacy notices, which apply to your use of them.
