Website terms

Last updated: 9 September 2026

These terms cover the use of this website and what an enquiry does and does not commit anyone to. They are not a development agreement, and browsing this site does not sign you up to any project.

1. Who operates this website

WeBuildAnyApp is operated by ARCHON 8 LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 14445522, registered office 20–22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. The company record is at Companies House.

2. Using the site

Please use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with it, disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it or to any system connected to it, introduce malicious code, or misuse our contact channels.

3. Content and materials

The text, design, code, and other content on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and use the site normally for your own personal or internal business purposes. Anything beyond that needs our permission.

You keep all rights in materials you send us, and you confirm you have permission to share them with us.

4. Enquiries are not orders

Sending an enquiry, having a conversation with us, or trying the demonstration interfaces on this site does not mean we have accepted work, given a fixed quote, or that anyone owes a payment.

Scope, deliverables, price and taxes, schedule, payment terms, revisions and change control, ownership of intellectual property and source code, third-party licences, maintenance and support, and confidentiality are all agreed in a separate written project agreement before work begins. That agreement governs delivery.

5. What the site does and does not claim

Interfaces shown on this site are illustrative and are not client case studies. The reference to 100+ apps describes the team's experience; it is not a promise about any particular project.

We do not guarantee revenue, funding or investment, user adoption, app-store approval, or uninterrupted availability of this website. Information on the site is provided for general information and may change.

6. Liability

These terms concern the website itself. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information on this site, or from the site being unavailable or interrupted.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for:

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;
  • anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including any mandatory consumer rights you have.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply from the date they are published and are not retrospective. Where a signed project agreement is in place, that agreement controls delivery of the work.

8. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction — subject to any mandatory consumer rights or local jurisdiction protections that apply to you.
